Dont have to be plastic to look like plastic. It looks like plastic. cobbled together plates, panels, and farings.. It looks to me like those Orange county chopper guys made a sports bike (with a bunch of bolt on stuff to make a theme). "Future bike" from an aweful 80's movie.
