I absolutley agree.

I know that a year or two ago in Washington, they were talking about making filtering (moving up to a stop light between cars at a red light) and lane splitting (when traffic is slower than 25 mph on the freeway) legal. Unfortunately it was one of those things that they decided that maybe they shouldnt let the public vote on because they may actually pass it because it makes sense. So the legislature up there killed it.
