Has anyone replaced the right tab on the console with anything (aux light switch for example)?

Or the thing that looks like a button below the run/stop switch and above the starter button on the right grip?

I want to add some aux running lights up front but do not want them on all the time and thought a switch would go good in the two places. A garage door opener would work great if one could figure out how to wire it…

Throw me your ideas and pics or links would be great.

I used to have a micro-toggle switch in the dash for my driving lights, but I kept snapping off the toggle piece rendering it useless. Probably went through three of them before I gave up. I've since removed the driving lights anyway.

I think instead of a small toggle I would use a rubber covered push button there. RadioShack has them.
