The castings are not that great, I polished Wendy's cover and you can see where the ribs were if you look close because the density of the aluminum isn't uniform. It also oxidizes very easily, I fully polished one of my antique Triumph engines, head, and inner cases to a show polish and it didn't take nearly as much work to keep that shiny.
