Hmmmmm....well, that IS a tough one there, Martin. It looks like an instrument cluster from somethin' around that era of the late-50s to early-60s, but I can't quite place the marque! The insignia kind of looks like a Renault insignia, but the design of it says more Americana to me than it does Franco.
