Paul, put some forward controls and pull back bars so you can sit in comfort and you can ride one pretty far. I rode mine from here in NE PA to NW Wyoming when I went to Yellowstone and I did it in 36 hrs. Older now, would probably have to do it in 2 days now.

Looking at it in the pic the springer looks like it was just raw steel.I have one that would probably look that way in a pic too though that was chrome.
