I'm not going to be able to get there thursday night either. Friday, I would like to leave East Dubuque around 3pm, we will head south eventually finding our way to Mississippi Palisades State Park. From there we will cross the River into Iowa and head north and stop at the Offshore bar and grill in Bellevue for dinner.
