It looks like you can customize the colors by going to "My Home" then edit "Preferences". There's at least a dozen different colour schemes (or skins), some with large font, to choose from. Mine defaulted to "Soren (something)" and I like the look.
Be warned, my experience on other discussion forums that have multiple skins to choose from, there may be trouble viewing posts. Some skins will not display attachments, pics and other stuff. I don't know if that will happen here.
