You shouldn't see that. It wasn't there last time I tested Internet Explorer. It should only show up if images are turned off (or the user is visually impaired and using a text-based browser and/or screen reader). Crap.

I'm using IE7 and (hopefully) not visually impaired.
It happens to me with my biz website. Things will look really good on my machine, but when I check it on another pc, the layout will shift or other things don't look right. So I'm always doing qc checks of my website from other 'puters.

I tried to make some posts, but when starting a new thread I rec'd a message that I must "wait 300 seconds between posts"??? Thats a new one on me, guessing an error. I could sworn on the first attempt it said 30, but after waiting a half a minute or so, than it said 300.

Probably more flood control. To keep the load on the server balanced out and to help combat potential spam. I'll check the setting.
