Hey everyone,

I am planning another winter tour of Scotland if anyone wants to meet up on route? For a day or maybe camp too? I'm going for about a week. I haven't written any routes in stone, as it all depends on road conditions at the time.

So, if anyone's looking for an excuse to do:

>some serious winter ridding
>fancy cold weather camping
>or feeling adventurous...

get in touch, I'm heading up 13th/14th of Feb' (all depends when I pack up camp from the Dragon Rally)

Man....you guys really need to get some snowmobiles. The problem with doing that in Northern Ontario is wet heavily salted roads and the corresponding corrosion along with snow covered roads.

i agree with birchr go for it and take plenty of pegs you will need them in this wind

It's ok up here James, no wind at all. In fact sun's been out all day, lovely crisp spring day 5*C.

Ben if you are around Lossiemouth then I will pop out for a ride can meet up with Bogger as we have met before I am on leave till 27 Feb so any day is good for me my mate Nick will probable be up for it as well as he is off next week

Kirk. How about we meet up at the Kineller Roundabout. It's about 5 miles outside Aberdeen on the A96. At turn off to Westhill. Say 10:30

Got to think, though I'd only done about 50 miles at that point, Ben had done 500+ miles.
