A few days ago I was trying to figure out a problem w/ my right cylinder cutting out @ 3800-4200 rpm's. I had only observed this while riding, so I decided to listen while I had the bike up on the jack. Ironically enough I never heard it miss a beat, but I did notice the rpm's surging up & down @ around 4000 revs. Is this normal? Any ideas why? My first thought was maybe a vacuum leak...but everything seems tight.
