I think you asked the same thing about my tank which got similar treatment. I did nothing, but Motogadget online store has just what I would use if I cared more.
I'm the same as Paul - don't care about them too much, I just regularily check the oil level pre-ride.... my plan is to replace the speedo with a smaller unit that has idiot lights included.
P.s. Idiot lights are not required for registration in Aus,
