I ran into these goofballs one year, fishing on fly-fishing only, catch & release stream (guess they didn't know what that means). They had folks following the dozen or so anglers. Two followed me. I put on a big streamer and a few lead balls. I warned them to stay out of my back cast. Of course, they really didn't know what that means and after a few casts, one got thonked on the head pretty good. No injury, but they left shortly thereafter. We never saw them again (Big Hunting Creek, 1.5 hrs from DC).
