Welcome to the site, Curt. Here's my 2 cents:

I bought my 05 slightly used with the TOR shorty's already on. They were apparently installed at the dealership and the gentlemen did not know if the dealer rejetted or not. When I changed my pipes and filter and rejetted, found that the bike was never rejetted as the stck 120's were still in. Had ridden around for about 16K miles that way. Don't know of any ill effects but sure it must have been running a little lean as others here have suggested. If you're going to rejet, might as well take care of the intake side (filters, snorkel, etc.) at the same time and do it once like Staffo said.

The local dealer here said rejetting was not necessary for TORS, but I side with Ian on disagreeing with that.
