Get your ruler out and measure from the nut to the 12th fret, then use that measurement to place the leading edge (of the center) of the bridge the same distance from the 12th. Should give you a good starting spot...then it's just a matter of twisting the diagonal angle of the bridge piece to get the best overall intonation. A little pencil graphite in the saddles will help with the Bigsby once you start dive bombing.
