Crushed and humiliated I may be, but I have the seat off, the battery out, and the charger running. My momentary lapse of reason will be rewarded by a long ride and the Thrill of the Twisties as I head for Starbucks.
I prefer to think of myself as "ignorant" rather than "stupid." If I'd been truly stupid, I wouldn't have even asked the question and spent more days than I had to without riding. But thanks for the help: I knew you'd do it
