You and I operate on the same budget apparently. The parts were purchased on ebay for cheap. The sissy bar was less than $50 shipped (the pad needed to be recovered, but I had the leather for that already), and the side plates were around $25. The trick is to watch ebay and wait for the right deal to pop up. I'll post some better pics of the set up later.
