You can go "old school" without having one made. Mine is a 70s era trident shaped sissy bar, but any sissy bar of the same width will work. I don't have that measurement, but I'll check it when I get home. It is attached using brackets off a 01 HD Nighttrain, but the brackets for any soft tail of that era will work. The brackets had to be cut and drilled, but that was easily done with hand tools most guys already have in there garage (grinder/dremel and a drill). These are the only pictures I have that I have access too right now. I'll post better pics later if you want.
