I'm still thinking about coming to the SWTF, even though my bro Soren isn't going to make it. Is there anyone from SoCal planning on attending? It would be good ride out with some folks.

Now that I think about it Neight, I think Jim[moe], Chy and Thom said they're headed out to SoCal after the rally, and so maybe you could ride with them part of the way on your ride back home?!

I will be coming in from the Grand Canyon area on Friday and then I am riding out to the coast and up to SF but I will be leaving Saturday... since this is part of a much longer trip.

Got a room at the Sierra Inn for the 3rd and 4th. I believe the plan for the NW crew is to arrive on the third.

Hey Moe, I'm only 45 minutes away from Oceanside. When are you leaving Oceanside to go to Prescott? Maybe I can meet up with your group on the way to SWTF?

Excuse the delay, I was just practicing for choir - 8 second note with a 25 second hang time. Greg - Mike and I usually take the Moab route from Grand Junction, then down to Monticello and south by southwest after that. What would you say to meeting in Cortez, then coming back through Moab?

Dwight, the lapel pin company has quoted a price of approximately $4.00 per pin for 50 pins, or $3.00 per pin for 100 total pins. Have got a request for 7 pins before asking the group, it looks as though there is approximately 30 interested riders so far. So, unless you think we need more than 50 pins, that is what we'll order. I'll wait until you have a chance to think about, takes three and half weeks for delivery. AmyLee and I will cover the up front cost.

Thanks

Bob & AmyLee

Thank you Bob, and AmyLee.

I haven't taken a preliminary head count/T-shirt request yet, which I'll start in this thread within the next couple days and will also include a question about the pin requests, but I imagine some folks will want to buy a couple or more of those pins, and so 50 might be just the right amount and with very few pins left unsold.

I'd like one, maybe three, so I can bring a couple back for Soren and Laurie.

Dwight, if you starting a T Shirt count, I'll take an XL.

Here is an image of what the ride pin will look like. We haven't ordered them yet. We still want to get an idea of how many to get. The more we order, the less cost per pin.

No. First, there isn't any place to put the date. We also didn't put it on so anyone that came to one of the other fests can still get one. We will work out the details later.

I can bring a stack of BA.com patches to the event. Send me a PM so I can get an idea of how many to bring. Price is still $5 but it'll save you a few cents on postage.
