Well, Dave and I were talking last night about going out together. We could meet up with Paul and Donny then with the other group. Sounds like a lot of fun and I don't work over the summer so it'll be easy. Dave's wife's bday is June 3rd and my wife's is June 6th so it will take some delicate planning on our parts to work this out.
Now I have to decide between this and a ride up to Keiths in Canada. That was on my possibilities list this summer too. Hmmmmm......

Well ya know Paul, I often say I FAKE retirement! I would LOVE to attend this event but have some logistics to sort out if I was to make it happen. Meanwhile it's pulling me to go as it seems to be 'pulling' many others around here!

Just taking stock here, and I have to say how very very VERY cool it is that so many "new faces"(but in actuality are old friends who I've just never had the pleasure to meet face-to-face before) are contemplatin' comin' to next year's SWTF!!! (...to say nothin' of all the "old faces" I hope to see again, of course!)

Working on it Dwight, not sure if I can pull together the time off, but with enough planning may be able to do swaps to cover the time I don't have to take off. It's got to be a two week gig for me to get there and back. Last time I was there it was a 9 day trip and that was pushing too much to really soak in the beauty of the adventure to it's fullest. I want to make it memorable if I can pull it off.

I've had new tires on for a couple months now . Those were the Dunlop D404. Never again.  Wore out way too fast and the rear went well before the front showed much wear at all. Wierd. Anyway, I need to wait for some decent weather to get some new pics because everytime I post my more recent shots of my bike, folks comment on my baldy back there.

Well starting not to look good for me getting time off for this. What time I did have off just got toasted while Judy was in the hospital the past week . I can still hope.
