I took my bike in for maintenance at the place where I bought it and lo and behold, I see a used Bonneville T100 for sale there. I had only seen Bonneville in pictures, so I was a bit taken aback by the fact that it's considerably bigger than I thought it would be. The fit and finish are top notch. There's a lot of attention paid to detail and it shows. I got on it... man!! It was by far the most comfortable bike I've ever been on!! Everything just fell into place. There was no adjusting to the bike, or finding foot pegs, etc. Everything was perfectly fitted to me! It was love at first sight! I called over a friend of mine who brought in his bike as well. He sat on it and his eyes lit up. He said that was the most comfortable bike he's ever been on!
The sales guy was busy, so I didn't want to bother him to find out how much the thing was, but I got a taste as to why all of you guys are so enthralled with your Americas and Speedmasters! Pictures don't do them justice.
