The black Bonnie SE is an awesome bike. We swapped rides for a short distance on that trip. If Triumph was building that SE in 05 that is what I would have bought. The mid-mount pegs and controls are due to my short legs,seriously. I got a 30" inseam and I got the tank in the old family jewels a few times hitting just that right bump in the road once in awhile. Got sick of being smacked in the ---- so I changed the pegs and controls. I left the front stock foot pegs out in front for long trips,but I actually moved them back 2" from the original position. My legs bother me in one position some days,so I can move them to three peg positions on long trips to help the blood flow.If you notice the rear brake master cylinder and shifter are moved to the mid-mount position.
