Unbelievable!!! I have to agree with Dave on his evasion comment too. I wonder if it will have any impact on the number of tickets given out after it goes into effect.
I also wonder what the cost would be to get the ticket "fixed" and reduced to a non-moving violation. Would the cost be lower one way or another or would that fine still have to be paid?
