I worked for a Triumph Dealer & was actually at the official launch of the Thunderbird at Triumph in Hinckley & had the pleasure of riding one of the bikes on the launch & then rode it back to the dealers.
The bike was designed & is built at Hinckley & I have been on several factory tours with the dealer & have seen it with my own eyes.
If you ever get the chance to go on the factory tour it is well worth it You can see the engine & machine shops & they will answer any questions about the overseas factories & what products they manufacture there.
