Dogs? Try this... the other day a friend while riding was confronted by a friggin' elk all bent out of shape because of, don't you know it... rutting season. Turns out the animal tried to outrun and therefore cut off his rival... that being my friend + wife on a Yamaha Venture. The wife part of the equation said she could have reached out and touched said elk. Now an elk is a BIG animal. That would have been scary, riding alone beside an animal twice the size of person and machine, dog gone it!!
