I'm guessing the sign for "sales associates wanted" isn't because sales are through the roof, most likely the economy being what it is their salesmen couldn't make a living.

I'm just lucky, hearing all this negative comments about dealerships. My dealer is Engle Motors ( BMW $ Triumph )in Kansas City, every employ there calls me by my first name. I've never since 1965 prepaid for a parts order, even for T140 parts.
We are all adults here, some times you have to put a hand out. Just like in politics, business and your personal life. Let's face it salesmen are strange folks, some stand back, some are on you like a cheap suit. I prefer the ones who leave me alone till I ask for help.

The parts & service counter is different I like it when they tell you about all the new stuff in or coming.
