Here in South Texas, we have two dealerships. One is a loser and not very friendly, even to prospective buyers. The other, in Austin, is better, but by only the thin margin and mostly just to the prospective buyer. Both also sell beemers. I don't see them trying to really support their riders, leaving you with that "lonely" feeling after you've bought something. Could do a lot more to sell their machines. When I go to the local Hardly dealers with friends, of course they are right on top to sell something, but will also at least try the side approach and engage people with talks of rides and and other news. The other bike dealers are pretty much in the Hardly corner that way as well. When I go to the Triumph dealers (either one) I don't even get the feeling they ride. MHO.
