I guess I am toooo hard on my chains. I am lucky if I get 18,000 miles. I usually have to replace them at 16K or 17K. I clean and lube them,maybe it's this freakin desert heat and dust. I do not think I am too hard on it actually because I get good wear out of my Avon tires.
