I'm doing my best to postpone the inevitiable, and this weekend the weather is cooperating! It made it to the upper 50's today. First time on the bike in a week and managed to put on @150 miles. As a bonus, during my ride I ran into Pat (Dinqua) and his lovely wife Jane at the gas station in Honeoye. They were filling their tanks after puting in some stabil, and we wound up going for a nice ride. Tomorrow, we could see the low 60s here, so I hope to do it all over again.
I am pretty sure this will be the last hurrah for the year. Its way frosty every morning (I hate the cold), next weekend's forescast is snow and around 40.
and the bike goes into the basement Thanksgiving day. I'll take a final ride Thanksgiving day if it isnt raining or snowing, but its usually a *very* short ride.
