We have a registration/insurance sticker on the left side or rear of the vehicle,that can be used identify the vehicle.They are also trying to bring back front number plates,which were abolished as safety hazards in accidents.
Reason is motorcycles evading speeding fines.I heard one state gov't spent $400,000 trying to find a safe front plate and couldn't.
bikes account for 5% of registrations.How many evaded fines? How many cars evaded fines trough dirty/missing obscured plate? No one's telling.
