when have you ever known the government to do anything in a reasonable way. They go to far every time, so I am not in favor of any cameras taking pictures of me for the government at all.
If you want to stop people from running a red light stop the fine crap and just beat them with a horse whip. 30 lashes will slow anyone down and make them stop at lights. Then if it don't permanently revoke the freedom to drive.
