hey guys, i have a weird problem. i recently moved my battery down to the swingarm and in the process i had to extend the secondary cable off each terminal to re-route the wires. thats' the only thing i really touched. i guess it's possible that a connector came loose maybe? my problem is that when the kickstand is down, the bike sputters at idle and more obviously at choke idle. as soon as i put the kickstand up it runs fine. any ideas?

Weird is right.. Sounds like grounding issues, the best advice I could give is to reassure all of your grounds. There is the big cable goes to the engine block but there is a smaller one that connects to the battery that goes into the main harness just behind the carbs... that one grounds your components i.e. relays, modules and switches and the like that react oddly when insufficiently grounded.
