BlueCross/Blue Shield was giving these out a couple years back (heart shaped) in one of their OPM sign-up drives. They actually worked pretty good for 30-45 minutes.
They wouldn't fit in a glove, but they were good in a vest pocket or in the removable armor slot of a jacket.

I had, literally, a hundred of 'em. Had being the operative word. They were a PITA to reactivate by boiling so most were just left where they died.
