My 2005 Speedmaster got 35 MPG.
I put 15,000 miles on it over 18 months or so. The Speedmaster is a great middleweight cruiser. We did a good amount of 2-up riding with it, and it was a good commuter bike too. In that price range, it's a great choice. Good luck!
