That's quite a story Rich... one of which reflects pretty much the way it is up here in Canada too (well at least in this here province). And ya know... I mentioned it in a post somewhere before this one, but my 89 yo Mother rides a scooter to and fro. She's REALLY freaky on that thing and I wonder and perhaps favour that seniors be tested and licensed to ride (drive) even a scooter. They are vehicles, after all. And so I suggest the question of this thread, "how old before you stop driving?" be extended to scooters too and be open to debate.
