while it is nice to know the oil temp, just knowing it can be worrisome as well. refer to the current 'how hot' thread.

many times I have looked down at that oil temp gauge (while stuck in traffic) and wished I had never put it on there, because 'now I am thinking about something that I can't do anything about'.



While that rings true I would rather know before it's too late than find out the hard way.
