Well on our way back up to Dent to pick up the BBq etc, we came across a very sorry Mal, who had broken down, I offered to put the bike in the back of the van, but he was waiting for the recovery vehicle.
We finally got home around 3.30 ish. The van still needs emptying and the tent drying...
May I apologise to those that we left at Devil's Bridge on the way down and a special thank you to you all for turning up and making the meet what it is.
I would also like to say to Lynton and Jackie, sorry that Jackie was feeling rough and had to go home, hope it did not put you off and I am sure everyone would like to see you next year.
The ride out was a great sucess with little showers that lasted a few minutes and I am sure everyone enjoyed it. Geoff (GJS) is going to give us a writeup about the weekend and I will be looking forward to reading it....
A big thank you to Gordie (Celt) for turning up and giving us all a shock, a great suprise to one and all.
