Being the "Glass half full" kinda guy
(yea,right), I think of the money I'm saving, and keeping up with the Mortgage, not riding this fall.
But then, being the "glass half empty" kinda guy
(more like it), I know once I do get it figured out, It'll take a mortgage payment to fix it.
