Mine works great-but a user needs to know how they work and where to be prudent. In my experience the TPX works great when there are other targets on the road. It picks up the reflection off the cars/trucks. If you are in "space" by yourself then you are the "rabbit" and you better behave. Like most things, it's a tool and if used properly does it's intended function.
