So is it an all new Japanesse Anus replacement? Looks like it has been surgically implanted, or it'll need to be surgically removed anyway  and if anything "Exits" out of there at 45, I'd be running for cover

I sat down and got thins thing caught in my butt crack...can someone help me get it back out.
