Invest in a caliper lock its better I cant even find the key to the fork lock any more. cant find my spare key either, thats a bit disconcerting. I beat a 1200 sportster off the line with mine a few weeks ago, and maintained about 1/2 a bike length through all 5 gears. With my 06 america I love it, and thought about trading it for the new thunderbird but couldn't part with it. I named her Matilda. the first brand new bike I ever bought. Paid cash straight up.
