OK, let's scrutinize this by doing the math.
Bloor took the 790 to 865cc.
The big bore is a mere 39 cc's more.





For some of us, it was 114 cc's more, and made quite a difference.





We were talking about my "alibi" for Bloor and what HE did, or didn't do.
He raised the standard displacement to 865cc (in '04), which in terms of what he DID is the standard to measure from, so the cc difference of 39cc is minimal.
