I really don't like much of anything about the Tbird except the displacement. That doesn't mean it isn't a great bike just that it isn't for me. I love my SM and will ride it until I wear it out then probably BB it along with the rest of the rebuild. It does annoy me a little too that people tend to say upgrade or trade up or graduate to a Tbird. It is like saying the bike I love is inferior and I don't feel that is the case and am somewhat offended. I would like to build a chopper out of a 360º modern twin to get the old school thump I love.
