yeah I heard if you need an oil change, the tires need to come off

Victory Motorcycles Service Bulletin No.94-A (dated: Feb 31, 2010)

The tires on all Victory models with serial no. 146984 through 199644 will no longer need to be removed for all basic oil changes.
The Victory Tech Dept of Polaris Industries has found that only deflating the tires beforehand will now be a sufficient procedure in order to perform all basic oil changes on the above listed models.
And btw, DO NOT forget to RE-inflate the tires after the oil change procedure has been completed on these models and before returning the motorcycle to the customer. ___________________________________________________________
