Thinking of trying a pair of cocktail shakers, but how would I bolt them with the tab that hangs from the back? thanks

This is the only bike I have a picture of with cocktail shakers, and they're the kicked up style. Looks like he strapped them up to the upper passenger peg mount.

I dont have cocktail shakers. On my EPCO's I used my MIG welder. Placed the tip in the holes on the bracket and welded the bracket to the exhaust...To get the the exhaust off I now take the rear pegs off and the bracket will come off with the exhaust system.

I had the short(24 inch approx) strait type on. I never used the rear mounts. They are light weight and worked fine by just clamping them at the header.

There are a few more shots in my bikes gallery. Bob Scoggins took a wrecked (front end) TBA and grafted on a HD narrow glide front end. Also fabbed up some finned exhaust clamps for it.

I have a set of those exact same finned exhaust clamps. been waiting for the right time to put them on. They WILL need some "coaxing" to use them.
I beleive he has his on backwards. Maybe to make them fit without mod's?

Pretty sure he made his to fit. I don't think they're EMGO reproductions.

No, mine are vintage, and are exactly like his, but should be installed so the fins taper from the large end (thicker fin and larger diameter) closest to the head, to the smaller end (thinner fin, smaller dia.)away from the head. The solid, tapered nub is where the set screws are to tighten around (pinch)the header pipe, and should be between the head and the fins.
I believe.

if there are not any mounting brackets or holes, you may need to do what I did with my fishtails. I used the stock brackets, marked the holes on the pipes with a sharpie, drilled the holes and put in nut-serts.

I have some for sale in the classified section:

http://www.bonnevilleamerica.com/forums/...ge=0#Post477048

I am going to have some mounting brackets made that mount the exhaust to the holes where the optional center stand installs. If you want the mufflers, I can either show you the brackets that I am making, or I could have a second set for you for what ever the cost is. I have a local fab shop that I work with who is very reasonable.
