I am just getting around to putting motor together been 4 years with the head off  If U can help it would be nice Thanks Phillip I have a Bonn AM 2003

hello guys im new to the forum,i just wanted to no if anyone has got a diagram manual for a bonnievill america 2005 as i have a problem with my alarm and i wanted to take it out but i need the manual to do so if anyone no's anyone who has one i would be entirly grate full as i cant get one anywere many thanks.

I'd scan and send you a picture of their relative positions. But that is least of your concerns. You also need to the torque sequences, torques, right engine cover timing marks etc. A shop manual or a Haynes Manual seems to be in order? Simply having the camshafts aligned with the marks on the chain driven sprocket will still allow you to have the motor 180 degrees out of time.

you must align the timing marks on the rotor ( right side of engine) L, MARK ON ROTOR MUST BE LEVEL WITH FRONT CRANKCASE JOINT, dont take chances get a manual

I have done this job several times now and have never had the right side engine cover off.

As long as the crank hasn't turned and the cams were removed while in the positions per the diagram, he'll be alright! Be careful about mixing up the camshafts. They are marked.

Thanks got it running today has beena long time with the head off . Will be doing the frame swap now had a bent frame I bought it that way . Thanks Phillip
