I have been told by a reliable source that they manufacture and assemble all models for 3 years at Hinkley.
From then, they are all manufactured at Hinkley, but some are assembled in Hinkley and some in Thailand.
I have also been informed that the Thailand assembly plant has more inspection points than Hinkley
