I highly recommend a two-tone horn. Them's the ones that really get attention. Case in point... trucks and trains blast at least 2-tones but NEVER one. The extra tone(s) create a dissonance that really buzzes the ear. So, it's not just decibels... it's working with harmonics as well. Single note horns are simply... inferior!
