Was in Columbus, OH on business this week and checked out of the hotel yesterday AM. The bellman offered to put our luggage right in the rental car so we did not have to wait for the valet to bring the car around and could get to our meeting (this place has ONLY valet parking). Gave the bellman the valet ticket, got a new valet ticket, and went on thinking "Cool, good customer service". At the end of the day, we go back to the hotel, get the car and there is NO luggage in the trunk
This morning I got an email from a fellow in Detroit who got home last night and found our bags in his car and is already sending them back to us today.
People rock. (most people anyway)
