I don't know why I remember this now, but many many moons ago, like 2.5 decades, I used to study martial arts and subscribed to Black Belt magazine. I remember they had gusseted crotch jeans "endorsed by Chuck Norris" because it was the only jeans he could do a high kick in. 
Well, heck if Chuck Norris has endorsed them that's good enough for me!
